Restart RDR2, as this should also solve your problem permanently.

I am crashing because the game's memory keeps reaching 100%, how may I solve this?

Unfortunately, there are no sure way to solve this directly. Though there are different methods each player can pursue:

  • You don’t have enough RAM (16GB or over is more than enough). Cleae RAM storage to solve this problem.

  • Change in-game Graphics API (from DirectX 12 to Vulkan or vice versa).
