Eligibility for a refund is defined by 3 criterias a customer must qualify first. The main requirement would be the time period, and whether or not you are still within the valid time-frame to return your product, follow the time frames mentioned below for certain products to check whether the customer is eligible or not:

After paying you should receive your product key instantly. However, If you purchased with Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, depending upon the network it may take some time for the payment to confirm. If it’s been more than 24 hours, then please do not hesitate to contact us via our live-chat feed for further assistance.
The instructions are given below the product key, if you failed to find them then follow these steps:

Step 2: Open a ticket there and show them your order ID, which can be found in the email receipt that we have sent to your email.
Step 3: After that, wait for their response back and comply with all their requests to make the process easier and smoother for you.
We try to restock as frequently as possible. Usually when a given product is out of stock, we tend to restock within 24-48 hours. You can also enter your email on the product page that’s currently out of stock to get notified once it’s available again.
In rare situations like this, should they occur our system automatically detects that their are no keys available to be delivered to your gamekeys section, and therefore initiates its own refund back to the credit/debit card you paid with.
It takes about 3-5 business days for your payment to be transferred back to your payment method, so do not be alarmed if you do not see it instantaneously.
