What if I didn't register then how can I find the key?

We send the key to your email, please check spam but even then if you cannot find the key then you can simply register an account in our site by using the same email that you used to purchase with, after the registration then you can go to your game keys to find your key.

I have the key but how do I redeem / install the product?

You can follow our product FAQ which has all the steps on how to redeem and install the product. If you still need help, then please do not hesitate to contact our live-chat feed which is available on the bottom right corner of our website. Click on the chat button and one of our representatives will be able to assist you.

I want a refund / how can I get a refund?

Eligibility for a refund is defined by 3 criterias a customer must qualify first. The main requirement would be the time period, and whether or not you are still within the valid time-frame to return your product, follow the time frames mentioned below for certain products to check whether you are eligible or not:

  • 2Take1 Menu : 24 hours
  • Reported Spoofer : 24 hours
  • Eulen Menu : 3 days
  • TZX Menu : 3 days
  • Cartel CS2 : 3 days
  • Fecurity CS2 : 3 days
  • Plauge Menu : 3 days
  • CS:GO accounts : no refunds would be eligible due to one time usage nature of the product.
  • Fivem accounts : 24 hour replacement window if the account doesn’t work.
  • Modded accounts / recovery service are unfortunately not eligible for refunds due to the one usage nature of the product.
  • All other products : 7 days

If you’re within the time frame then please check if you’re within the following 2 criteria:

  • If the customer’s key/product is completely incompatible with their software program/computer (if the key/product cannot work no matter what).
  • If the key cannot be redeemed/used.

If you’re not within the above mentioned criteria then unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund, unless a higher staff member waive off requirements for your order.

Note:
Refunds are only available if we failed to help you fix the issue with your product, not because you lost interest or got tired of what you purchased, and we have the right to deny refunds for any reason as disclosed within our Terms of Service.

I bought a product key but it doesn’t work. How can I fix this?

  • Make sure to have your email receipt ready, along with your Order ID which can be found within your email.

How long will it take for my order to be received?

After paying you should receive your product key instantly. However, If you purchased with Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, depending upon the network it may take some time for the payment to confirm. If it’s been more than 24 hours, then please do not hesitate to contact us via our live-chat feed for further assistance.

I ordered a modded account / recovery service, how can I redeem it?

The instructions are given below the product key, if you failed to find them then follow these steps:

Step 1: Join this discord and open a ticket (https://discord.gg/gaminghub).

Step 2: Open a ticket there and show them your order ID, which can be found in the email receipt that we have sent to your email.

Step 3: After that, wait for their response back and comply with all their requests to make the process easier and smoother for you.

How long will it take for a product to come back in stock?

We try to restock as frequently as possible. Usually when a given product is out of stock, we tend to restock within 24-48 hours. You can also enter your email on the product page that’s currently out of stock to get notified once it’s available again.

I purchased a product but the key has not been delivered to my gamekeys?

In rare situations like this, should they occur our system automatically detects that their are no keys available to be delivered to your gamekeys section, and therefore initiates its own refund back to the credit/debit card you paid with.

Note:

It takes about 3-5 business days for your payment to be transferred back to your payment method, so do not be alarmed if you do not see it instantaneously but even after that time period and you still haven’t received the refund then simply please open a ticket in our discord support and we will help you look into the issue.
